Refunds & Returns
Where something has been bought in error, we will happily refund money where goods have been returned unopened. We will refund the cost of the wine, unfortunately we can’t refund the cost of any postage. Send unopened bottles to:

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
